Domestic Shipping

At ORPAZ, we offer Free Shipping on all of our items. We also make every effort to ship the same day all Standard Orders placed before 1 pm ET and all Expedited Orders placed before 3 pm ET.
Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method used and on destination. Only overnight, 2nd day & 3rd day shipping options are guaranteed to arrive by a specific date.

APO/FPO

There is no additional fee for APO or FPO addresses. However, shipping times are not guaranteed and are limited to USPS First Class and Priority.

PO BOXES/ RURAL ADDRESSES

Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority

SHIPPING REFUNDS

Next Day, Second Day, and Third Day guarantee shipping costs will be refunded only if the shipper or the carrier is at fault for the delay. Shipping costs will not be refunded when the delay is due to weather or an address exception.

International Shipping

Orpaz ships most international packages with DHL Global, and the final delivery of the parcel is by the local postal service of that specific country.

Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value (for insurance purposes), and destination.

Duties & Taxes (VAT), International orders are generally subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT). Your country's import duties, taxes & fees are never included in the item and shipping totals.

Refused / Returned Deliveries, If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it undeliverable for any reason not caused by us, Orpaz reserves the right to retain the original shipping fee.
